Shawn was great to work with. We have been looking for a new home for about two years, we have been very picky and Shawn was patient with us, always willing to go and look at a listing at the drop of a hat. When we found our home for purchase Shawn answered all of our questions and guided us successfully through a stressful process. We had a tight turn around time for listing and selling our current home and Shawn was instrumental in the turn over of that property as well.

Carol has a great eye for detail and understands what potential buyers will find attractive and what will be a distraction. She helped us remove things that would be a turn off and brought in a number of items to improve the overall staging of the house to appeal to a wide range of potential buyers. I believe her "above and beyond" commitment to getting the place perfect before it hit the market was the reason we had such a successful experience.
