I was only in the area for one week and she identified three properties in my price range, the area I wanted, and met my request to view them the next morning. Debbie provided the excellent advice about each property that a prospective buyer would need to make a confident decision. Even after the sale was concluded, Debbie provided guidance on the homeowners association, utilities, and other information to make my transition effortless.
